hey, why is the English fanfic folder not available for contributes?

well thanks for accepting me, but please get used to me using bases for my oc characters. 

OMG, I beg your pardon... I made a bit confusion while contributing art the last days... I submitted male OC in female and viceversa!!!  
Can you please put it in order?

Hey there.  I posted a question back in June as to why the English Fic folder is blocked.  Nobody has replied to me.  I have a lot of SS fanfics to submit to the group.  It would be nice to have that folder unlocked, otherwise, I will leave the group if I can't submit anything.

Excuse me?  Why are we not allowed to submit to English Fic?
